Anatomy of a Maxed Squidoo Lens

#1 The Header

At the top of each lens you'll see a header with tools for finding more great lenses and navigating the site. Each lens fits into a general category, and you can use the links on the top left to find more great lenses within that category or view other topics. On the top left, search for lenses or get back to your dashboard.

#2 The Title

The title bar also contains great information about the lens you're on. There's the title, of course, on the left, and the lensmaster photo and bio on the right. If you see badges and stars like this:

...you know you're at the lens of someone great! Read more about our stars and badges here.

#3 Toolbox

When you're logged in, you'll see this toolbar on maxed lenses. The four buttons for edit, stats, 'cast, and views will only appear when you're viewing your own lenses (and logged in). This is a quick and easy way to tap into your lenses and make changes on the fly!

#4 Glam Ads

After a series of testing, we found that these new Glam ads work well for our lensmasters who love using the Max layout. For Q&A regarding these ads, check out this post, and read more about our other money stuff at the FAQ.

#5 Inside Toolbar
Squidoo only works when people share resources, and part of that includes interacting with other lenses. Here you can:

- scroll back and forth between the lensmaster's other lenses
- go right to the lensmaster's list of lenses
- bookmark the lens
- lensroll it
- favorite it
- email it
- print it
- find its LensRank
- see how popular it is
- visit other related lenses
