Any Virtual Concert Lenses? Last Call
Today, August 3 is the last day to enter your Virtual Concert in the Virtual Concert Week Contest.
Getting involved is simple:
1. Pick a Group
2. Pick a Charity
3. Stage a Virtual Concert
I’ve got a Virtual Concert lens, now what?
1. Submit your lens to the Virtual Concert Group, the Bands that Give Back and if you are an Activist to the Squidoo Activist Group.
2. Get in touch with a Squidoo Activist and have them submit the lens to Anne.
3. Submit your lens to the Add Your Virtual Concert to the List Plexo (Note that the plexo is a bit wiggy this morning, but add it anyway.)
4. Visit the other Virtual Concerts that other people have created, rate them, favorite them and leave a message.

Note: If your lens is just published today, you won’t be able to get it added to the Virtual Concert Series Group, but be sure that it gets added tomorrow.

ComfortDoc: Mine (A Virtual Harry Connick Concert) is finished and in the group -- where is the plexo so I can join that?

The plexo is on the Virtual concert page, but it is being wiggy or twisted this morning, now afternoon.
I am manually adding in the lenses to the plexo, which will hopefully display fine (now they are a bunch of blanks) once everything gets sorted out.
I have reported it as a bug.

Hi!
I created an entry for the LOTD Virtual Concert contest and although it is now featured (with a green checkmark icon), I cannot add it to any groups, nor can I use lensroll for it. The new lens doesn't show up on the drop-down menu of my lenses when I try to use these features. It must be a programming glitch because I have two 5-star ratings, but my lens stats say I've had no visitors.
This was my second lens and I am very disappointed that I cannot promote it properly for the Virtual Concert LOTD contest.
I've already entered it on the Plexo and have received an email from you regarding this issue. If you have any other suggestions for getting noticed in time to be entered into the contest, I'd appreciate hearing them.

I am very much aware that Squidoo is glitching, so I've been adding in lenses to the Virtual Lens Group as featured lenses by hand when I can get to email messages.
Roxy if you check the group page, you will find the lens include.
I also can't get the plexo to show up with new lenses.
It will be very important for people to make sure that their concert lenses get submitted to the group.
Once the Virtual Concert Series is done, we can also spend time encouraging people to visit during this week the great collection of lenses that have been assembled for the Virtual Concert Series.

Thanks for adding my The Elton John Virtual Concert lens this morning for me. I think that the bug seems to have gone away as I am now able to add this to more groups.
I am enjoying visiting other Virtual Concert lenses there are some great ones out there. Loved your Harry Connick one Gypsy.

The Plexo is back to life. I had to re-add everything back in again, so I am hoping that I got all of the lenses included.
It looks like the group is working, so you can add your lenses there also.

The LOTD has had a bug as has our fearless NonProfit leader Anne.
She said that there were so many it was hard to pick just one!
The winning Virtual Concert lens was by lensmaster, Rya with A Bar of This, a Note of That: Eclectic Virtual Concert for Charity. The lens donated to Wild Animal Sanctuary.
Anne said that the lens was "well done lens that keeps it organized."
The LoTD has been down these last few weeks but is supposed to be back up on Monday, so the official posting will be then.
Hope you get your Steak Dinners settled this weekend.
