I believe this problem has been fixed, my dashborad earnings suddenly increased  dramatically this afternoon.   Can someone tell me if ALL pending Ebay sales are now reflected on our dashboard?

Any way, thanks Gil and whoever else was involved in working on this.   I think all of my Ebay earnings concerns are now finally behind me and I can get back to the business of making lenses.

p.s. it feels as if I am the only one talking in this thread, but that's okay talking to myself is nothing new.

Hi Janet, I can say something as well! Miracously, I found this thread 5 minutes ago (not looking, just finding) AFTER I came to the forum BECAUSE I discovered my FIRST EBAY SALE EVER just now!!! I'm happy !!! However, I can see the sale, but see no amount earned from it. The sale was made on 22 Dec, as I said just saw it now in the earnings or royalties (?) section... What is the usual turnover time from sale made to earning allocated? Is the gap normal or is the bug still 'on' for me?

If the dashboard earnings that posted today are up-to-date and include all Ebay sales as of today, then you should definitely see the earnings posted  from a Dec 22nd sale. 

Are you saying that you do you not see any earnings on your dashboard  in the $$$ column for the lens with the sale?  Also, when you view the Ebay sale under your royalites tab, does it say "Winning Bid (Revenue)" or "Winning Bid (Count) " next to it?

Okay..I just looked at my dashboard again and after comparing the stats on a few lenses to  the earnings schedules I keep for Squidoo, I have come to the conclusion that December Ebay sales are still not included on our dashboard earnings.   Todays increase was for Nov Ebay sales.  This will explain why some of you not seeing the earnings for your Dec Ebay sales. 

So, my guess now is that maybe  HQ is getting ready to issue payout shortly and that is why they distributed Nov Ebay earnings to us.   However, this is just a guess on my part and we will have to wait for confirmation from HQ as to what exactly is going on here.   But, if I am correct about this then I am still thinking that daily Ebay sales do not impact daily lensrank updates since they are issued monthly.   I could be wrong, but I would need HQ to confirm that. Last month, these sales never hit out dashboards, they went directly to our 'Earnings'.  This month, they have hit out dashboards.  Will that make any difference in how they effect lensrank, who knows.

So, are you the new HQ spokesperson?  Seems to me like you have a lot of insider information lately.

I just started using eBay, so not sure how all of this works.  I'm using Fluffanutta's app (RSS Feed) instead of the "official" Squidoo module. Does it work the same way?  Will sales show up on my dashboard?

Yes. Exactly the same.

(PS: for everyone else, eBay RSS feeds give you more flexibility, such as showing auctions from eBay Motors or other countries.)
