ok thanks. and i really don't know what you mean about signature. i don't know the terminology that well. I always see people's links in their messages, so I am confused.

Once in the section Personality, go to the box titled "Compose your signature". Type whatever you want to add to your signature, such as text about yourself. If you want to add links to your Squidoo lenses in the signature:

- use the following code format for each link      [ url=http://www.squidoo.com/reflux]GERD[/url]
- do not include the empty space after the first open bracket
- replace the words "http://www.squidoo.com/reflux" with the URL (link) to your own Squidoo lens
- replace the words "GERD" with the title of your Squidoo lens
- do this for as many lenses as you want

- click "Submit" when done
