Yep, rules. Read 'em. Abide by 'em. Or your sea creature powers may be revoked. Temporarily, or for good.

I think you should start seeing traffic coming from Bing. I noticed a huge jump in my traffic to one of my blogs and I had never heard of Bing before. It seems Bing is a new search engine from Microsoft looking to get in on the Google action.
You can check it out here it just launched today. Still learning about it, but my traffic jump was sweet.

Yes, seeing much more traffic due to it.
What I like to is that Microsoft traffic usually converts better than G.

I hope so - I was so excited to see all that traffic and then looking into it - I had no idea. BADDA 'BING"
Offline
Ahh..I did see some traffic from it...wondered what it was!

Yup definitely got some traffic from them!

Bing was my 89th lens: The Best of Bing On Twitter.

Yep, mine jumped too.

I knew about Bing, but I haven't seen any traffic from it yet. I'm getting a lot more traffic from Yahoo though.
Offline
Yes I just noticed today seeing traffic from Bing.

Oh yeah this is more like it, unlike the ill-fated Cuil.
Looking forward to people starting using this alternative SE,
even if it's powered my Microsoft.

I also noticed a couple of visitors today and was wondering. Cheers for the info, never heard about it before here

Here is an article online about bing. I get emails from webpronews daily and this was one of the links I got today in my email about it.

I wonder what is a difference between bing.com and live.com? All I know is if we go to live.com, we'll be redirected to bing.com.

bit of a laugh isn't it? BING - But It's Not Google hehe
microsoft is still trying to catch up by copying google - what will they do (apart from more and more security patches) when Wave arrives?

I got over 100 hits to one of my lenses from bing in one day....bring on the bing!

I've been trying out Bing and I am completely unimpressed. I'll stick with Google.

Yes, I've seen them in my traffic stats here as well. Hope squidoo will soon treat them as a search engine instead of as a referrer.

I have seen some traffic also.
Also, I noticed this weekend that Bing is now the default search engine on my cell phone's internet page - I am with Verizon Wireless. I just started getting internet on my cell phone when I switched packages last month, so I don't know enough about cell phone internet use to know if that means anything good or bad - but maybe some of the pros here can weigh in on it? I figured I'd mention it at least.

They're using aggressive marketing to place Bing in many strategic places.
I've seen some sites with Bing as their search box.

I'm seeing a little action from Bing too! Lucky me ![]()

Microsoft have been running ads on TV to promote Bing: 1st Ad, and 3 more ads.
I think that Bing is going to be more like Wolfram Alpha, a next generation search engine that find you information rather than just webpages.

The Bing commercial on TV was one of the most annoying commercials I've ever seen, but I think that was the point of it. I've had a few hits trickle in from there.
Offline
I saw the commercial just this week and high-tailed it over to Bing. I like it a lot. It seems to weed out the extra stuff that bogs Google down. Google sometimes reminds me of space junk. It's like a closet that needs cleaning.

Have you guys seen my new lens? http://www.squidoo.com/whatisbing
It links back to this page if you want to check it out.

I tried it out and was unimpressed. I doesn't seem anymore useful than google and they are still missing one of the benefits of google: a clean interface. What is up with the distracting background photo on home page that makes it hard to read the text on it? Microsoft still doesn't get user friendliness, especially for people with less than 20/20 vision.
