Thats quite an awesome lens. I see that a whole load of effort has gone into it and the best part about it does not come across as an out and out sales pitch. Cool. 5* and favorited by me.
One suggestion on the table that you have included in your lens. Check out this lens of mine How to Calculate your Body Fat Percentage and see the tables on this lens. If you like that i could share the code with you.

The thing is you're over selling, your lens look like a sales letter.
You can improve it by making it more natural.
Credibility has become a factor for readers to stay with your content/lens.
